摘 要:本文用电流加速老化实验法测试1W大功率白光LED光衰及寿命。发现光衰减存在两种过程:前期的缓慢衰减和后期的快速衰减。针对前期衰减通过指数拟合算出不同老化电流下的寿命,确认本批LED寿命和工作电流关系符合Eying模型,由此推得额定电流(350mA)下的寿命τ=1924h。In this paper,the current accelerated aging experiment was used to investigate the luminous attenuation and lifetime of the high-power white LEDs (1W). Two kinds of luminous attenuation process were found:the slow attenuation at the early stage and the fast attenuation at the late stage. Moreover,the LED lifetimes with different operating currents were calculated by the exponential fitting of the slow luminous attenuation. The result implied that the Eying model was applicable for the relation between the lifetime and the operating current. Thus,the lifetime with standard current (350 mA) was calculated as 1924 h.
