摘　　要：中国古代科学技术在世界科技发展史上具有重要的历史地位,宋元时期中国古代科技思想更是达到高峰。本文简要回顾了宋代之前中国古代科技发展状况及主要成就,着重就北宋时期科技思想的主要特点、发展脉络和历史成就进行了简述和总结。北宋科技思想在中国古代是巅峰,在世界古代属前列,探究其发生、发展及成长的历程,总结其成功经验,积极引申对整个中国古代科技思想发展的思索,不仅可以从中探寻中国古代科技思想的科学观察研究办法,而且可以为现代科技思想发展提供有益借鉴。Science and technology in ancient Chinese holds an important position in the history of world ＇s science and technology development and it reached the peak during Song and Yuan dynasty. While exploring the origin, development, growth and summarizing the successful experience of the periods, this paper extends actively to the entire development of the science and technology in ancient China and tries to find out the scientific ways of observing and studying the ancient thoughts on science and technology.
