眼科耳鼻喉科联合手术治疗甲状腺相关眼病患者的护理

摘　　要：对21例眼耳鼻喉科联合眶减压术患者围手术期的护理进行总结,通过采取病情观察和护理、心理护理、康复指导等护理措施有效地减少和预防并发症的发生。护理措施主要包括术前准备、眼部保护性护理;术后体位管理、饮食指导、疼痛护理、眼部敷料的观察与护理、鼻部护理及术后出血、感染、复视、脑脊液鼻漏等并发症的观察与预防。患者经过治疗和护理,突眼症状有不同程度的减轻,角膜刺激症状减轻或消失,无严重并发症的发生,患者顺利出院。This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing of 21 patients undergoing EENT combined orbital decompression surgery for the treatment of thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy. The nursing care focused on preoperative preparation and eyes protective measures during preoperative period,as well as body position care,diet instruction,pain management,eye dressing care,nasal care,observation and prevention of complications such as hemorrhage,infections,diplopia,cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea during postoperative period. After careful treatment and nursing,the symptoms of exophthalmos and corneal irritation were relieved. All the patients were discharged without severe complications.
