22例老年天疱疮合并糖尿病患者的护理

摘　　要：总结22例老年天疱疮合并糖尿病患者的临床资料与护理措施。认为在常规治疗的基础上配合1∶8000的高锰酸钾溶液药浴,并实施严密的病情观察、精心的创面护理、良好的血糖控制、合理的营养支持、有效的心理护理和健康教育是护理此类患者的关键。本组22例患者中,20例痊愈出院,2例病情稳定后转当地医院治疗。This paper summarizes the nursing care of 22 elderly patients with pemphigus and diabetes. It is suggested that routine treatment combined medicated bath with potassium permanganate at a concentration of 1∶8000,intensive observation and wound care,blood glucose control,appropriate nutritional support,as well as effective psychological nursing and health education were the key points of nursing care for these patients. As a result,20 patients were cured,and the other two cases were transferred to local hospitals in stable condition.
