体外循环下心内直视手术115例围手术期的护理

摘　　要：目的为了观察体外循环下心内直视手术围术期护理与疗效。方法全部患者均采用细致的心理护理，术前术后病情密切观察以及对术后并发症的防治等方法。结果115例体外循环下心内直视手术病人治愈114例（99.1％），其中术后并发肺部感染和出血各2例，经积极处理痊愈；1例死于低心排综合征（0。9％）。结论加强体外循环下心内直视手术围术期的护理是保证手术安全、减少病死率及术后并发症的重要环节。Objective To observe the perioperative nursing care under open heart surgery with extracorporeal circulation and its effectiveness.Methods All patients were treated with careful mental nursing,pre-and post-operative disease state observation and corresponding prevention and cure of postoperative complications. Results of 115 cases undergoing open heart surgery with extracorporeal circulation, l14（99.2%）were cured,2complicated with postoperative pulmonary infection and 2 in presence of hemorrhage who were also cured after positive treatment. However one （0.8%） care died of low cardiac output syndrome. Conclusion Appropriate perioperative nursing care in open heart surgery with extracorporeal circulation can be a critical link to safeguard of surgical safety and decrease in case fatality and postoperafive complications.
