摘  要:应用五室分隔法研究了黑麦草体内的32P通过根间菌丝桥向受体红三叶草的传递作用。结果表明,接种菌根真菌能在黑麦草和红三叶草根系之间形成菌丝桥,并把黑麦草体内的32P传递给红三叶草,其传递量随受体红三叶草的施磷量的增加而降低。A five-compartment system was used to examine 32 P transfer via vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhizal hyphal links from rye grass to red clover. Mycorrhizal fungus Glomus mosseae was inoculated in the root compartment for donor rye grass plant at the beginning of the experiment. The rye grass donor plants were supplied with 32 P (NaH 2 32 PO 4) six weeks after planting, by labeling part of the donor roots induced out of the root compartment. After two weeks, the plants were harvested. The results showed that mycorrhizal hyphae not only can interconnect the roots of the donor rye grass and the receiver red clover in the mycorrizal controls, but also transfer 32 P from rye grass to red clover. Although 32 P transferred was significantly high in the mycorrizal controls compared to the non-mycorrizal controls, the net amount of 32 P transferred was small since P was also transferred in the reverse direction. Moreover, the amount of 32 P transferred decreased with an increased level of P used in the receiver root compartment and the outer compartment. The role of P transferred via hyphal links to the receiver plants was still unknown.
