摘  要:盆栽条件下研究了不同NaCl水平、VAM真菌对无芒雀麦(Bromusinermis)生长和矿质元素吸收的影响。结果表明:在土壤中加入NaCl量为0、1、2、3g/kg条件下,随着NaCl水平提高,植株生物产量降低。在同一NaCl水平下,接种VAM真菌处理的生物产量显著高于对照;而且随着NaCl水平提高,无芒雀麦对VAM真菌的依赖性也呈增加趋势,说明盐胁迫下VAM真菌对无芒雀麦生长的促进作用增大。与不接种处理相比,在NaCl胁迫下接种VAM真菌根处理的植株磷含量提高,钠含量和Na/K、Na/Ca、Na/P、Cl/P元素间的含量比例降低;在NaCl水平较高时(大于2g/kg)接种VAM真菌还显著增加了植株体内N和K的含量。上述结果说明,VAM真菌提高无芒雀麦耐盐性的原因与其改善植株营养条件(如N、P等)、降低Na、Cl在植株体内的相对含量有关。The influence of vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on the growth of and mineral elements accumulation in Bromus inermis under salt-caused stress conditions was studied at the levels of 0,1,2,3 g/kg NaCl added to the soil for the potted plant. It was shown that the biomass of the plant declined with an increased NaCl level, and, at a given NaCl level, the biomass of the individuals inoculated with VAM fungi was higher than that of the individuals without the inoculation treatment. The result indicated that VAM fungi had a promoting effect on the growth of the plant under salt-caused stress, and it seemed more so with an increased degree of the stress. It was also observed that the content of P in the plant under NaCl stress was increased by VAM fungi, while the content of Na and the ratios of Na/K, Na/Ca, Na/P and Cl/P were decreased. At a high NaCl level (>2 g/kg) VAM fungi significantly increased the contents of N and K in the plant. It could be concluded that the mechanism of VAM fungi in improving the salt tolerance of Bromus inermis was in that the fungi can improve the nutritional condition of the plant by increasing the contents of N and P while decreasing the relative concentration of Na and Cl in the plant.
