绵羊慢病毒北疆株自然感染新疆美利奴羊的研究

摘　　要：选１２只自然感染绵羊慢病毒（ＯｖＬＶ）的成年新疆美利奴羊，用琼脂凝胶免疫扩散（ＡＧＩＤ）试验连续检查血清中ＯｖＬＶ沉淀抗体，发现抗体应答的类型发生转换，即只出现对病毒核心蛋白抗原（如ｐ２５）的抗体（外线）、出现对病毒包膜糖蛋白（ｇｐ１３５）的抗体（内线），同时出现对ｐ２５和ｇｐ１３５二者的抗体（双线）互相转换。从试验羊的多个器官中分离到３株ＯｖＬＶ，分别命名为ＯｖＬＶＮＸＪ５５，ＮＸＪ７３和ＮＸＪ０４１８株，其ＴＣＩＤ５０／ｍＬ值依次为１×１０－５．６，１×１０－５．４和１×１０－４．５。剖检的６例均有淋巴细胞性乳腺炎，其中２例同时有淋巴滤泡形成，病变率为１００％。肺无淋巴细胞性间质性肺炎病变，２例肺内有淋巴滤泡形成。脑、滑膜无ＯｖＬＶ感染的特异性病变。所有试验羊未发生任何与ＯｖＬＶ感染有关的临床症状。结果表明，乳腺是对ＯｖＬＶ最敏感的靶器官，ＯｖＬＶ北疆株为弱毒株，新疆美利奴羊是对ＯｖＬＶ的低敏性品种。Twelve adult Xinjiang Merino sheep were natural infected with OvLV.The presipitating antibody to OvLV was examined by AGID in the sera.Reciprocal shift occured among the antibodies only to viral core proteins (p25,outer line),virus envelope glycoprotein (gp135,inner line) and to both p25 and gp135 (double lines) . 3 OvLV was isolated from multiorgans of the tested animal and designated as OvLV NXJ 55,NXJ 73 and NXJ 0418 respectively.Their titers of TCID 50 /mL were 1×10 -5.6 ,1×10 -5.4 and 1×10 4.5 ,All 6 necropsied cases had lymphocytic mastitis with lesion frequency of 100%,and 2 of 6 cases concurrently had lymphofollicular formation.Brain and synovia had no special lesions of OvLV infection.No clinical signs relevant to OvLV infection occured in all test sheep.The result showed that the mammary gland is the most susceptible target organ to OvLV.OvLV NXJ strain are weak strain and Xinjiang Merino sheep is a hyposensitivity breed to OvLV.
