金边瑞香的扦插生根研究

摘　　要：研究表明金边瑞香插穗所带叶片数与生根关系极大，在插穗体内吸水与蒸腾平衡状况下，一定长度的枝条其叶片数越多，生根率及根系发达程度越高；同一枝条分３段扦插，以梢部生根率及根系发达程度最高，中部次之，基部最差；不同树龄的金边瑞香插穗以“低龄”母株生根最好。This study indicated there was close correlation between the number of leaves in cutting woods and rooting in D. odora Thunb var marginata max. In the balance between water absorption and transpiration in the cutting woods, the more leaves the branchs of certain length had, the more developed its root systom was with the higher rooting rate. While a branch was divided into three parts for cuttage, the rooting rate of the top part was the highest with the most flourishing root system, next to it was the middle one and the bottom one was the most unfavorable in the two aspects. Of the cutting woods of the trees at different age, those from the young trees had the strongest rooting ability.
