摘 要:本试验选用120羽1日龄健康Avian肉仔鸡,随机分成3个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复10羽,分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组),基础日粮+5mg/kg黄霉素(黄霉素组),基础日粮+2.5mg/kg那西肽(那西肽组),以探讨那西肽对肉仔鸡生长性能和胴体品质的影响。结果表明:(1)黄霉素组、那西肽组日增重比对照组分别提高了2.04%(P<0.05)、6.18%(P<0.05),料重比分别降低了7.73%(P<0.05)、10.82%(P<0.05)。(2)那西肽组比对照组的屠宰率提高了3.22%(P<0.05),全净膛率提高了4.19%(P<0.05),半净膛率提高了3.67%(P<0.05),胸肌率提高了5.68%(P>0.05),腿肌率提高了3.71%(P>0.05),腹脂率降低了18.40%(P<0.05)。黄霉素组与对照组胴体各项指标之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验结果表明,饲料中添加那西肽可以明显促进肉仔鸡的生长,改善肉仔鸡的胴体品质,而且那西肽的效果显著优于黄霉素。Experiments were conducted to study the effects of nosiheptide on growth performance and carcass quality of broilers. 120 one-day-old Avian broilers were randomly divided into three treatment groups, each with four replicates, 10 feathers for each replicate. The chicks were fed with control feed, control feed plus 5 mg/kg flavomycin, and control feed; plus 2.5 mg/kg nosiheptide. The results showed that: (1) Compared to control group, daily gain of flavomycin group and nosiheptide group increased by 2.04% (P〈0.05), 6.18% (P〈0.05); F/G ratio decreased by 7.73% (P〈0.05), 10.82% (P〈0.05). (2) Slaughter rate, net rate of full-bore, net rate of half-bore, breast muscle rate and leg muscle rate of nosiheptide group increased by 3.22% (P〈0.05), 4.19% (P〈0.05), 3.67% (P〈0.05), 5.68% (P〉0.05), 3.71% (P〉0.05) respectively, than that of control group, percentage of abdominal fat reduced by 18.40% (P〈0.05). There were no significant differences for slaughter indicators between flavomycin group and control group (P〉0.05). The findings suggested that nosiheptide can obviously enhance broiler growth and improve broiler carcass quality, moreover the effects of nosiheptide were better than that of flavomycin.
