摘  要:六倍体小黑麦“冬/春”杂交组合“6713.12/STIER‘S’”F6代种子经60COγ射线处理,在M2代分离出少数半矮秆突变体,其中3个半矮秆突变体系统在M4代分离出少数矮杆突变体,在M7代选育出7个矮秆突变体株系。这些突变体与原亲本“6713.12/STIER‘S’”F6在一些性状上有所不同,株高(75cmvs.129cm)和育性(92.3%vs.90.5%)的差异尤其引人注意。这些矮杆突变体在六倍体小黑麦育种上的应用价值将由正在进行中的矮秆突变体的遗传分析和细胞学研究予以估计。F 6 seeds of a winter/spring triticale cross (6713.12/STIER“S”)were treated with doses of 25 and 30 krad gamma rays.Small number of semi dwarf mutants were isolated in the M 2, and a few dwarf mutants were found from 3 semi dwarf lines in the M 4.Seven lines of dwarf mutant were selected in the M 7.Significant differences between the mutants and F 6 of “6713 12/STIER‘S’ were noted for height(75 vs. 129cm),fertility (92 3 vs. 90 1%) and some other traits.It would be estimated that the utilization of these dwarf mutant lines to triticale breeding depend mostly on the genetic and cytological studies which are conducted at present.
