摘 要:通过1997年在四川剑阁以粉锈宁不同浓度造成白粉病病情梯度的试验,分别比较了现行较多的以茎和叶为单位的两种病情调查分级方法及小麦扬花、灌浆、乳熟期病情与千粒重的关系,结果表明:小麦白粉病成株期的调查,以叶为单位的病情调查分级方法更优,建议成株期白粉病病情记载采用病叶率和叶病指;扬花、灌浆、乳熟三期,均以叶病指与千粒重的相关最高,扬花期病情对千粒重影响最大。Diseases severity of Erysiphe graminis DC.F,SP.Trici EM.Marchal in wheat treated with triadimefon in plot field trials was studied.The trials were conducted in Jiange County in 1997.2 grading methods based on the investigation on the disease incidence in stems and leaves separately were compared.The relationship between the 1000 grain weight and the disease severity at flowering,grain filling and milking stages was studied.The result showed that the grading method with leaf as the investigation unit was proved better.It is suggested that in investigation of Erysiphe graminis DC.F.SP.Trici EM Marchal of adult plants,only the infected leaf rate and infected leaf index be used.The correlation coefficients between the 1000 grain weight and the infected leaf index at flowering,grain filling and milking stages were the highest.Disease severity at flowering stage greatly affected the 1000 grain weight.
