摘 要:本文系统介绍了我所1990年以来开展水稻两用核不育系生态育种的基本思路,育种程序,技术关键与要点,以及取得的成效。技术关键是在强大的长日低温(约23℃)选择压力下选完全不育株,再在再生和/或短日条件下选可育株。育种成效主要是首次发现可达生产应用程度的核不育系再生复育特性,成功培育出蜀光612S和570S等有实用价值的核不育系。本文还提出了利用再生复育特性来培育育性表达完全或几乎不受浊、光环境因子影响的新型水稻两用核不育系的构想。Basic thoughts, breeding procedure, technical keypoints and main points, and the effects of ecological breeding of dual purpose genetic male sterile (DGMS) lines in rice, which was initiated by our institute from 1990, are introduced systematically in this paper. The technical keypoints are to select sterile plants under powerful selection pressures of low temperature(about 23℃) and long day length (above 14 hours), and then to select fertile plants in ratooning and/or under short day length. The major effects are the first discovery of the ratooning fertility restoration that reaches the applicable degree in seed production of DGMS lines, and the successful breeding of several applicable DGMS lines, such as Shuguang 612S and Shuguang 570S. In addition, We put forth a suggestion to breed a new type of DGMS rice lines basing on the characteristics of ratooning fertility restoration, of which environmental factors, i.e. temperature and daylight length, have no or very little influence on the fertility changes.
