昆明龙胆与滇龙胆中龙胆苦苷含量的比较

摘　　要：目的:比较昆明龙胆与滇龙胆中龙胆苦苷的含量,确定昆明龙胆作为龙胆资源开发的可行性。方法:以龙胆苦苷为指标,采用HPLC法测定昆明龙胆、两个产地滇龙胆中龙胆苦苷的含量。结果:实验材料中龙胆苦苷含量分别为:大理产滇龙胆为6.02%,寻甸产滇龙胆为3.85%,昆明龙胆为2.45%.结论:昆明龙胆可以作为龙胆资源进行深入研究。Objective： To determine and compare the contents of Gentiopicroside in Gentiana duclouxii Franeh and Gentiana regescence Franch from Dali and Xundian. Method： Establish the HPLC methods and determine the contents of Gentiopieroside in Gentiana duelouxii Franeh and Gentiana regescence Franeh. Result： The Gentiopicroside Content in the Gentiana regeseence Franch from Dali （6. 02% ） 〉 in Gentiana regescenee Franch from Xundian （3.85%） 〉 in Gentiana duclouxii Franeh （2. 45% ）. Conclusion： The Gentiana duclouxii Franeh can be investigated profoundly.
