摘　　要：从穿山甲药用的最早记载《名医别录》开始,查阅历代古籍文献对穿山甲性味、归经、功效主治及其组方的论述,系统的整理了穿山甲的药用历史源流。认为中医最早认识到女子不孕因胞脉阻塞是在金元时期的朱丹溪《格致余论》所载:"妇不可为母,得阴道之塞者也。"一语,而最早将穿山甲应用于女子不孕的治疗则是明代王肯堂所著《证治准绳.类方》的内服"通经丸方"与武之望所撰《济阴纲目》的外用种子方"一粒仙丹",通过历代医家对穿山甲药性的不同认识与阐述,论述了穿山甲治疗不孕的中医理论依据及其使用规范,为更全面深刻的理解穿山甲治疗不孕提供文献参考。This article is from the earliest record of medicinal use of Pangolin in Mingyi Bielu, consult the nature, taste, affinity, primary action and compose of prescriptions of Pangolin in incunabula of past dynasties, systematic arrange the historical origins of the medical use of Pangolin. Recognizing that the earliest knowing that infertility is due to blocked veins is recorded in the ZhuDanxi＇s book Ge Zhi Yu Lun at Jin and Yuan Dynasties ： ＂Women can not be the mother who had vaginal plugs. ＂ While the first application of put Pangolin the treatment of infertility in women is in the Zheng Zhi Zhun Sheng. Lei Fang that is written by Wang Kentang in Ming dynasty ： ＂Oral use of the Dredge meridian and collaterals Pills＂ and external treatment method ＂a piece of magic pill＂ in the Ji Yin Gang Mu that is written by Wu Zhiwang. Through the different knowledge and record of various doctors in the past, expound the TCM theory and standard of the useof Pangolin in cure of infertility. In this way we could provide bibliographic reference to get full and deep understanding of the use of Pangolin in curing infertility.
