摘　　要：通过对甲诊从古至今的历史文献回顾,梳理了甲诊的发生、发展过程。《内经》奠定了甲诊的基础,秦汉时期全面发展,唐宋元在《内经》的基础上全面整理,清代发展而专著迭出,现代甲诊逐渐兴旺,明确了甲诊在中医中的地位和价值,以期得到大家的重视。In this paper, the history of ancient times on the nails diagnostics has been reviewed literature. Nails diagnostics simply combed the occurrence of the developing process. ＂Nei Jing＂ laid the through foundation for nails diagnostics, which all - around development of Qin and Han Dynasty. On the basis of ＂Nei Jing＂, Tang, Song and Yuan Dynasty had comprehensive perfection. And the development of monographs appeared one after another in the Qing Dynasty. The gradual rise of nails diagnostics in modem times, and clear nails diagnostics owns the status and value in traditional Chinese medicine. Expect to attract attention.
