摘 要:采用结扎大鼠冠状动脉,造成心肌缺血及缺血再灌注模型,研究了没食子酰基金丝桃甙(GH)对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。结果表明:GH能使缺血再灌注心肌组织中SOD水平显著增加,脂质过氧化物(LPO)显著降低,心肌线粒体损伤得到明显改善。提示GH的保护作用是通过清除氧自由基、阻止LPO反应来实现的。After the right coronary artery of rathad been occluded for 40min and reperfused for20min, lipid peroxidation (LPO), superoxide dimutase (SOD) activity of myocardium were determined.The structure of mitochondrion was observed. Theresults showed that SOD activity decreased and LPOincreased when the myocardial ischemia happened.After reper fusion, SOD activity decreased and LPOelevalted apparently. The structure of mitochondrion was seriously damaged, especially in reper fusiongroup. Galloylhyperin (GH ), which is the maincomponent abstracted from the plant Pyrola calliantha H Andress, was administered tv before ligation and reper fusion respectively, which increasedSOD activity and decreased LPO significantly. Themitochondrion destruction was modified by GH.These results suggest that GH was able to scavengeOi generated in ischemia and reper fused myOCardium. The lipid peroxidation induced by free radicalwas then blocked by GH because of its free redicalscarvenging effects. On the basis of this study, wecan infer that the myocardial protective and vasoprotective effects of Pgrola calliantha H Andres are relative to the antioxidant properties of its main components.
