人参三醇组甙对辐射损伤大鼠脾脏的防治作用

摘　　要：报道经5GyX线全身照射的大鼠腹腔注入人参三醇组甙后，实验各组大鼠14d存活率、脾指数、大鼠受照前后体重差值的变化，以及大鼠脾细胞对ConA（刀豆蛋白A）、PWM（美洲商陆）的诱导增殖反应。结果提示：各指标预防组、治疗组与单纯照射组比较有显著性差异。提示人参三醇组甙对大鼠脾脏的辐射损伤有一定的恢复作用。Panaxosides were injected into ratsintrapertoneally every day for 14 days following irradition of 5Gy X-rays. Significant increase in survive rate, spenic weight and body's weight wasfound. At the same time, the reponse of the splenocytes to ConA and PWM were also found to be significantly higher than that of the controls. The results suggests that panaxosides has a radioprotectiveeffect on the spleen of rat.
