摘  要:通过对我国正在使用的12个玉米骨干自交系的RAPD分析,从220个Operon引物中筛选出13个能产生稳定的遗传多态性的引物。利用这些引物提供的分子标记,可以区分12个供试自交系。5个自交系有特异分子标记,用1个引物就能区别于其它自交系:另7个自交系则需比较2—3个引物的指纹图谱,才能区别于其它自交系。The objective of this study was to identify twelve elite maize inbred lines rapid ly, RAPD analysis of these inbred lines' genomic DNAs was used to generate genetic fingerprin- tings. Two hundred and twenty arbitrary, ten-mer primers were screened to amplify all the genotypes. Twelve of those were selected to identify all the inbred lines because they gave repro ducible, polymorphic DNA amplification patterns. Four primers gave unique banding patterns for five inbred lines. OPA08 differentiated Wenhuang-31413, OPA10 distinguished 488, OPC06 characterized 8112, OPH12 identified Mol7 and H21 simultaneously. Five combinations of 2-3 primers produced unique banding patterns for the remaining inbred lines when data from each primer were analyzed in groups. OPC06/OPH12,OPF05/OPH12 and OPE12/OPH12 differenti ated Huangzso-4,515 and 340, respectively; both OPC06/OPN11 and OPA10/OPC07/OPG12 could distinguish two inbred lines, the former 512-196 and 512, the latter 478 and 107.
