摘　　要：文章针对太原经济圈的发展现状及存在的主要问题,提出了太原经济圈的城乡互促发展战略:转变太原市工业发展战略,加大太原、晋中同城化步伐,突出小城镇城市功能建设,构建不同的城乡一体化机制。为保证太原经济圈内城乡一体化的发展,从观念、组织、制度三方面提出机制创新。On the base of discussing the current situation and the main problems of Taiyuan Economic Circle, this paper puts forward harmonious development strategy of urban and rural areas, such as changing the industrial development strategy of Taiyuan, quickening the pace of Taiyuan-Jinzhong integration, highlighting the building of small towns functions, constructing the different urban-rural integration mechanism. In order to ensuring the development of urban-rural integration in Taiyuan Economic Circle, three aspects of mechanism innovation are proposed, that is ideas innovation, organization innovation and system innovation.
