摘  要:文章对我国《食品安全法》的颁布实施做了经济学的解释。认为《食品安全法》在中国实施是完善社会主义市场经济的要求;是经济增长方式需要由粗放向集约式转变的反映;是消费方式需要发生转变的客观需求。作者从成本收益理论和开放经济理论两方面进行了经济学分析。虽然从短期利益而言,造成企业的生产、销售成本提高;但从长远利益和整体利益而言,企业效益和社会效益均是增加的。《食品安全法》是我国加入WTO以后,实行开放经济的一个重要体现。对食品安全标准、食品召回制度的规范是我国开放经济,促进全球经济一体化有效发展的重要法律制度保障。In this paper, China's Food Safety Law was promulgated to explain the economics of doing. It's considered that China's Food Safety Law implementation is a need of improving the socialist market economy; is a need for economic growth mode from extensive to intensive reflection of changes; it is necessary shift in consumption patterns in the objective requirements. From the cost-benefit theory and economic theory by opening up, two aspects of the economic analysis have been given. Although in terms of short-term interests, resulting in the production, cost of sales increase; but in terms of long-term and overall interests, business and social benefits are increased, the Law is China's accession to WTO, the implementation of an open economy is an important embodiment. For food safety standards, Food Recall System to regulate China's open economy, the promotion of global economic integration, the effective development of important legal institutional guarantee.
