Studies on the Effect of Fertilization and Distribution Utilization of Nitrogen in Different Parts of Wheat by Using ^(15)N Tracer Technique

摘  要:应用同位素示踪技术通过对盆栽小麦的不同施肥处理,研究小麦不同部位对氮素肥料的分配利用规律,结果表明:小麦主茎穗籽粒的NDFF(氮素含量来自肥料氮的百分比)为28.59%,分蘖穗籽粒的NDFF为29.30%,茎秆的NDFF为26.02%,根系的NDFF为32.16%,而土壤的NDFF仅为1.88%。从氮肥的利用率分析,籽粒的氮肥利用率为19.552%,茎秆的利用率为3.490%,根系的利用率为0.674%,氮肥的回收率平均为41.891%,不同施肥处理的上述各项指标亦有较大差异。The treatment of different nitrogen applications in pot experiment was con ducted to study the effect of distribution utilization of nitrogen in different parts of wheat by us ing 15N tracer technique. The main result was shown that the NDFF (percentage of nitrogen content from nitrogen in fertilier) was 28.59% in grains of main stem ears of wheat, 29.30% in grains of tiller ears of wheat, 26.02% in culms of wheat, 32. 16% in roots of wheat, and only 1. 88% in soil. The fertilizer utilized coefficient that analyzed was 19.552% in wheat grains, 3.490% in wheat culms, and 0.674% in wheat roots. The recovery rate of nitrogen was 41. 891% in average level. But the above mentioned indexes were quite different in varied nitro gen fertilization treatments.
