摘　　要：迅猛发展的对外贸易给生态和环境带来了诸多消极影响,我国亟待完善进出口产品调控措施以积极应对这些挑战。要制定合理的进出口产品调控政策,其基础就是要找到一种鉴别何种进出口产品应该受到调控、受多大力度调控的方法。文章基于产品生命周期评价方法,建立了进出口环境敏感产品的度量模型,从而找到一种辨识环境敏感型产品的方法,进而可以根据产品的环境敏感程度,为制定调控政策提供科学依据。The rapid development of foreign trade has brought quite a few negative impacts on our ecological environment. It is necessary for China to perfect its related adjustment and control measures so as to respond to these challenges. The key to designing an appropriate import and export adjustment and control policy is to find out a method of identifying which import and export product should be regulated and how it should be controlled. This paper, based on the method of LCA, establishes a measurement model for environmentally sensitive import and export products, and offers a scientific basis for designing adjustment and control policies in accordance with the environmental sensitivity of these products.
