中国承接服务外包的影响因素分析

摘　　要：文章对中国承接服务外包的影响因素进行研究。理论与实证分析均表明,服务外包区位选择的主要影响因素包括人力资源成本、人力资源素质、服务业发展水平、基础设施状况和宏观经济环境。中国低廉的人力资源成本、较为完善的基础设施和良好的宏观经济环境成为吸引发达国家服务外包的有利因素;但中国服务业的总体发展水平还不高,服务外包需要的专业人才还较为缺乏,这些是我国承接服务外包的相对劣势。This paper makes a study of the influencing factors of China＇ s undertaking service outsourcing. Both our theoretical and empirical analyses show that the main influencing factors of service outsourcing location include the cost and quality of human resource, the development of service industry, infrastructure and macroeconomic environment. China＇ s advantages in attracting service outsourcing from developed countries lie in its low-cost human resource, good infrastructure and promising macroeconomic environment. On the other hand, the relatively less-developed service industry and the shortage of qualified personnel are China＇ s disadvantages in undertaking service outsourcing.
