摘 要:在实战中由于电子设备载体舰用铸铝密闭机柜经常处于敌我双方导弹、炮弹互相发射及舰艇破浪高速前进等强冲击作用下工作,使得机柜抗强冲击具有极大的设计难度。针对COTS技术应用,研制开发的新一代舰用电子设备载体铸铝密闭机柜。通过拓扑优化设计提高机柜本身刚强度,根据振动冲击实验来精选匹配的隔振缓冲系统,以及通过机柜装舰非接触性水下爆炸冲击试验和瞬态冲击显示动力学分析,来挖掘隐患和确定薄弱环节,使机柜具有很强抗冲击性能。In actual combat, due to the electronic equipment carrier of marine aluminium-mould airtight cabinets often work in the condition of launching enemy and ourself missiles & shells to each other, the naval vessel should deal with strong impact. It causes cabinet have big design difficulty to resisting strong impact. Applying the technology of COTS, we developed and open up a new generation of marine electronic equipmen carrier aluminium-mould airtight cabinet. Via topology optimizing design to enhance the rigidity & strength of cabinet, and according to vibration & impact experiment data to select matching system for resisting vibration & impact, then through test of cabinet in naval vessel no-contact blast and impact underwater test , and instant-impact display of dynamical analysis to find the hidden trouble and the weak locations, we succeeded in making the cabinet possess the ability to resist very strong impact.
