摘 要:华润电力(涟源)有限公司一期工程1号300MW"W"火焰锅炉在首次带至300MW负荷、首次对锅炉炉膛吹灰时,炉膛负压波动大,瞬间达到-3000Pa,造成锅炉负压保护动作。对锅炉进行了简单介绍,分析了锅炉灭火的主要原因,主要为:燃用煤质变化大;燃烧配风不合理,燃烧不稳,锅炉抗干扰能力弱;布袋式除尘器运行控制不正常,锅炉吹灰时除尘器压差瞬间增加变化大,为600~3000Pa,对炉膛负压的干扰大;汽轮机真空低,燃煤增加等。通过采取加强燃煤管理,优化燃烧调整,完善炉膛、烟道、布袋式除尘器清灰吹灰系统的匹配,提高汽轮机真空等措施,可预防锅炉灭火现象的出现。The problem of large pressure fluctuation in furnace occurred in a 300 MW W-flame boiler in LianYuan Power Plant when soothlowing in the zone of furnace water-wall under the load of 300 MW. The maximum pressure in furnace reached-3 000 Pa, and the furnace pressure protection was activated. The main reason for the failure was as follows: coal quality varied greatly, not rational combustion air distribution, unstable combustion, weak anti-interference ability of boiler, abnormal operation control of bag filter, transient great variation of filter pressure difference(from 600 Pa to 3 000 Pa) during sootblowing, which disturbed furnace negative pressure greatly; low turbine vacuum and burned coal increase, etc.. The following measures were adopted: enhancing coal management, optimizing combustion adjustment, perfecting matching of furnace, duct, bag filter sootblowing system, improving the turbine vacuum and so on, which can prevent the boiler from flame failure.
