摘　　要：目的了解上海市中心城区小型娱乐场所商业性性工作者艾滋病相关知识和行为学特征以及HIV/梅毒感染状况,为制定有效的防控措施提供依据。方法采用横断面调查方法,通过社区外展方式,经知情同意后对虹口区285名小型娱乐场所商业性性工作者开展面对面问卷调查,抽取血液进行HIV和梅毒实验室检测,使用SPSS13.0进行资料统计分析。结果本组样本平均年龄(30.8±6.7)岁;来自于21个省(市)、自治区,其中浙江(36.1%)、江苏(13.0%)和湖南(7.7%)占前三位;文化程度低;69.1%已婚;28.8%有经济负债。艾滋病知识总知晓率为56.8%,艾滋病传播途径答对率72.6%～90.5%,艾滋病预防措施知识答对率49.8%～67.4%。最常获得健康知识的来源:电视67.7%、医生49.8%、朋友35.1%等,最喜爱的获取性病/艾滋病知识的途径:广播电视73.3%、报纸杂志60.7%和咨询医生55.4%等。过去一年内,62.8%的调查对象曾主动去医院健康检查,7.0%自觉有感染艾滋病的危险,12.3%曾检测过HIV。50.5%的调查对象初次性行为发生在19～21岁。28.4%的调查对象性行为时每次使用安全套。最近一次性行为安全套使用率为44.2%。1人(0.4%)承认曾吸食毒品。HIV感染率为0.4%,梅毒感染率为4.2%,无混合感染。结论本调查研究表明,该人群存在感染艾滋病病毒的多种危险因素,导致艾滋病性病传播的社会危害更严重,亟需根据场所和人群特点开展有针对性的,多形式的健康教育和干预措施。Objective To get the information of AIDS related knowledge and behavioral characteristics as well as the infection status of HIV/syphilis among mini-type entertainment venues based female sex workers（MEVFSWs）in downtown of Shanghai.Methods A community-based cross sectional survey was conducted for 285 MEVFSWs with informed consent in Hongkou District.Personal questionnaire and blood testing for HIV and syphilis were done for all participants.SPSS 13.0 was used to analyze statistical data.Results The average age of the MEVFSWs was（30.8±6.7）years.They came from 21 provinces or autonomous regions,and mainly from Zhejiang（36.1%）,Jiangsu（13.0%）and Hunan（7.7%）provinces.Most of MEVFSWs had low education and 28.8% of them had financial problem.69.1% of the participants were married.72.6%-90.5% of the participants gave correct answers to the routes of AIDS transmission though only 56.8% of them were aware of general knowledge of the disease..Conclusion MEVFSWs had high risk for HIV infection.Specific health education and effective intervention measures should be carried out as soon as possible for the population.
