摘 要:目的:探讨稀释介质及处方组成对β-榄香烯固体脂质纳米粒(SLN)制剂zeta电位测量的影响,确定适宜的稀释条件。方法:将β-榄香烯SLN制剂用不同介质稀释,用Nicomp-380/ZLS动电电位粒径测定仪测定其zeta电位,并将筛选出的稀释条件用于不同处方β-榄香烯SLN制剂的zeta电位测量。结果:在考查范围内,β-榄香烯SLN制剂的zeta电位绝对值随稀释介质中泊洛沙姆188浓度的增加而降低,以重蒸馏水为稀释介质时,其绝对值随稀释度的增加而升高。β-榄香烯SLN的zeta电位绝对值随处方中泊洛沙姆188的增加而降低,当处方中单硬脂酸甘油酯的比例增加时其zeta电位绝对值升高。结论:稀释介质对于β-榄香烯SLN制剂的zeta电位测定有较大影响,β-榄香烯SLN制剂用重蒸馏水稀释8倍后,可以得到较为合理的测量结果。Aim:To investigate the effects of dilution media and the composition of solid lipid nanoparticle(SLN) on zeta potential of β-elemene SLN,and to choose the appropriate dilution media.Methods:Zeta potential of β-elemene SLN diluted by different medias was determined by Nicomp-380/ZLS,selected dilution media was used to observe the influence of composition on zeta potential of β-elemene SLN.Results:Absolute value of zeta potential of β-elemene SLN fell as concentration of poloxamer 188 in dilution media was increased and increased when was diluted by water.As to the influence of composition,the absolute value of the zeta potential was increased with a growth in monostrearin,while decreased as poloxamer 188 was increased.Conclusion:The zeta potential of β-elemene SLN is dependent on the dilution media.It is appropriate to determine the zeta potential of β-elemene SLN after being diluted with 7 volume of water.
