高炉炉缸用自焙碳砖导热系数的测定分析

摘　　要：在不改变现有传统的测定设备的前提下，采用一种新方法对高炉用自焙碳砖的导热系数进行了测定及理论分析，结果表明，自焙碳砖的导热系数与温度的关系，在实验温度区间内可近似地表示为ｋ＝４５１＋００１４８ｔ．A new method for measuring self baking carbon brick thermal conductivity varying with temperature is introduced. With this method,the relationship of self baking carbon brick thermal conductivity with temperature was analyzed with conventional measuring equipment.The result was λ=4 51+0 0148t (W/m·℃) and the experimental result shows that this method is feasible.
