摘　　要：目的探讨眼部注射中存在的安全隐患,降低护理操作风险。方法采用回顾性调查法,查阅548只患眼安全问题发生率和发生原因。结果在548只患眼眼部注射中,安全问题发生率为9.85%。主要原因包括技术操作不当、患者精神紧张或合并有其他疾病3个方面。结论提高护士的风险意识,将护理安全贯穿于全程护理服务中,实施严格的操作流程,以保证患者安全,提高护理质量。Objective To explore the potential security problems of eye injection and decrease the risk of nutting operation. Methods The causes of security problems in eye injection were retrospectively analyzed based on 548 cases,and the preventive measures were proposed. Results The rate of security problems was 9.85% among 548 cases of eye injection. The main causes were carrying out improper operation procedures,over nervousness of patients and complicating with other diseases. Conclusion Improving the hazard awareness of nurses,keeping safety management through the whole nursing service course and adhering to the operation procedures strictly could guarantee the security of patients and improve the quality of nursing.
