厄贝沙坦联合比索洛尔对原发性高血压患者生命质量的影响

摘　　要：目的通过观察厄贝沙坦、比索洛尔联合应用与单一使用比索洛尔对原发性高血压患者生命质量(QOL)的影响,为临床高血压治疗提供依据。方法将109例原发性高血压患者,分为联合用药组(A组)和单一用药组(B组),采取随机、自身对照、使用中文版生命质量表(SF-36)分别对两组进行治疗前后QOL评定。结果两组治疗前后及两组降压有效率之间,差异有显著性(P<0.01);生命质量(QOL),治疗后两组间差异有显著性(P<0.01),其中A组对男性性功能的改善与B组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论厄贝沙坦联合β-受体阻断剂比索洛尔,可提高原发性高血压患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the influence of Irbesartan combined with Bisoprolol therapy on quality of life （QOL） in patients with essential hyper-tension, and provide reasonable evidence for evaluating the effectiveness of antihypertensive therapy in clinical practice. Methods Using an experimental design of randomization,Self-efore, after contrast, and SF-36 short form of quality of life in the community, 109 patients with hypertension were exammed. All patients were divided into two groups： Grouop A assigned Irbesartan（150mg/d） Combined with Bisoprolol （5mg/d） for 12 weeks; Group B assigned Bisoprolol 5～10mg/d, The relationship between the change of QOL and the effect of different antihypertsive drugs was evaluated. Results （1）Before and after treatment, the level of blood pressure reduction and the rate of efficiency were significant between the two groups （P0.01）; （2）QOL had improved in the two groups, in comparison with that before treatment （P0.01）; （3）QOL had been signiicantly changed in group A than in group B after the treatment（P0.01）. Conclusion Irbesartan Combined with Bisoprolol can significantly improved QOL in essential hypertensive patients, besides the effect of antihypertension.
