摘  要:目的提取人工培植雪莲中的总黄酮,并研究其抗炎作用。方法采用醇提的方法获得雪莲总黄酮,以硝酸铝作为显示剂,以芦丁为对照品,利用分光光度计测定其波长在510nm处的吸光度值,测定其总黄酮的含量;采用角叉菜胶致足肿胀法和棉球致肉芽肿造成大鼠炎症动物模型,观察人工培植雪莲黄酮抗大鼠炎症的影响。结果人工培植的雪莲总黄酮提取含量达3.59%,同时该黄酮对炎症早期出现的渗出、水肿有明显的抑制作用。结论人工培植雪莲花的总黄酮对炎症大鼠模型有明显的抗炎症作用。Objective To extract the total flavones from Cultured Saussurea,its anti-inflammatory effects is studied.Methods The total flavones are extracted by the ethyl alcohol immersion from saussurea.Using Rutin as control reagent and Aluminium nitrate as colorimetric reagent,and the absorbance in 510 nm wavelength is determined with spectrophotometer,by colorimetric method to determine the total contents of saussurea flavones.The rat inflammatory model is made by Carrageenan,the ethanol extraction of cultured Saussurea is studied on anti-inflammation.Results The alcohol extraction from Cultured Saussurea can significantly inhibit the early inflammatory exudation and edema.Conclusion The alcohol extraction from Cultured Saussurea have an obvious effect in anti-inflammatory reaction.
