兰州市羁押收教人员艾滋病流行状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解兰州市监狱、劳教所、看守所羁押收教人员艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染情况。明确防治工作重点,寻找有效控制措施。方法对调查对象进行询问调查,采静脉血检测HIV抗体。结果检测5164名特殊人群HIV抗体,检出HIV感染者12人,检出率0.23%。结论羁押收教人员为HIV感染高发人群,应加强对羁押收教人员投放前的艾滋病监测力度,从而有效控制艾滋病的传播速度。Objective To investigate the situation of people who were detained in prison and infected by HIV, deflnitude the emphasis of prevention and treatment, and find out the effective measures. Methods All the objects were investigated and the blood of vein was collected to test the antibody of HIV. Results There were twelve HIV infectors among 5164 people who were inspected. The rate was 0. 23%. Conclusion The people in prison are the high risk group of infected HIV. In order to control the transmitted speed of HIV effectively, We should strengthen the monitoring of HIV before the people were put into prison.
