胃癌常见中医证型与CDX2、LN-R和MMP-9阳性表达的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的通过研究不同证型胃癌组织中CDX2、MMP-9和LM-R的表达差异,探索不同证型胃癌中CDX2、MMP-9和LM-R的表达规律。方法收集2002年～2003年经我院手术治疗的53例胃癌患者组织蜡块。采用免疫组织化学技术(EnVision法)检测癌组织及癌旁正常黏膜中CDX2、MMP-9和LM-R蛋白的表达情况。结果CDX2在三种不同的中医证型中的表达无明显差异性(P>0.05);MMP-9和LM-R的表达情况有显著统计学差异。结论不同证型胃癌中CDX2、MMP-9和LM-R蛋白表达的差异说明它们可能作为胃癌证型客观化指标之一。Objective It is main target to study the differential expression of CDX2, MMP9and LM-R in different Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） syndrome of gastric carcinomic（GC） tissue, and to investigate the expression rule of TCM in GC tissue. Methods GC tissues and their corresponding normal mucosa of Surgical Treatment of fifty three cases were collected from the People＇s Hospital of Jiuquan City between 2002 and 2003, who have diagnosed by Traditional Chinese Medicine and Clinical Pathological Diagnosis were divided into three groups. By Immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of CDX2, MMP-9 and LM-R proteins in GC tissues and their corresponding normal mucosa. Results There was no significant differences in the expression of CDX2 in this three common syndromes of gastric carcinoma（P〉0.05）; Expression of MMP-9 and LM-R were significant difference in three syndromes（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The different TCM syndrome of gastric carcinoma can be discriminated by CDX2, MMP-9 and LM-R protein, they may be three kinds of significant tumor marker for micro-syndrome differentiation.
