摘　　要：本文通过分别对显微手外科断指患者再植手术前后采用基础护理和心理护理,探讨心理护理对患者恢复效果的影响。结果表明:在明确基础护理的重要性的同时,心理护理对促进患者的整体和全面康复有积极有效的效果,值得在临床上应用和推广。Through applying basic nursing and psychological nursing used in microscopic hand surgery patients before and after severed finger reunion, the article is to discuss the effect of psychological nursing to the recovery of the patients. Results show that： the basic nursing is important because of its basic position, but, at the same time, psychological nursing plays the important and effective role in promoting the overall and comprehensive recovery, and deserves application and promotion in clinical work.
