高龄高血压性脑出血手术治疗的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨高龄高血压性脑出血手术治疗的疗效。方法:总结采用不同的手术方式治疗高龄高血压性脑出血患者的归转情况。结果:66例患者18例死亡,死亡率27.3%,4例放弃治疗,存活患者生活质量都比文献报道明显提高。结论:高龄并非手术禁忌症,只要根据病情特点合理的选择手术方式并注重术后的综合治疗,疗效尚满意。Objective：To investigate therapeutical effect of operation for elderly hypertensive pateints with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods：The treatment effects of different operation for elderly hypertensive pateints with cerebral hemorrhage were summarized.Results：66 cases were operated and 18 cases died,and 4 cases gave up further treatment,life quality of survival patients were apparently improved comparing with literature reported.Conclusion：Old age was not contraindication for operation,in order to get satisfactive results,reasonable operation methods should be selected according to characteristics of disease and comprehensive treatment should be emphasized.
