自发性大脑半球出血的探讨(104例CT诊断的脑出血分析)

摘　　要：目的:研究自由基与大脑半球脑出血的关系。方法:利用SCT—6800CT机对114例脑出血病人的平扫观察与统计。结果:左侧大脑半球的脑出血比右侧多。结论:自由基的产生过多,脑内的血管细胞的损伤几率增加。左半球脑出血的患者多于右脑半球出血的(左侧占总数的60.58%,右侧为39.42%)。Objective：To study the cerebral hemisphere of free radicals and the relationship between cerebral hemorrhage.Materials and Methods：SCT-6800CT machine,104 cases of cerebral hemorrhage on the patient＇s observation and statistical plain.Result：The hemorrhage of left hemisphere was than free the more right side.Conclusions：resulting from excessive that of radicals,brain vascular cells to increase the probability of injury,cerebral hemorrhage in patients with left hemisphere might be more than that right hemispherehemorrhage（left side of the total 60.58 percent,39.42 percent for the right side.
