冷拔管机钳口板的研究

摘　　要：分析了冷拔高精度钢管对钳口板性能的要求，选择了适合于高精度冷拔管生产的钳口板的材质、热处理工艺及钳口齿形。使用证明，新材质、新齿形的钳口板使用寿命长，拔管时钢管断头少，具有较好的经济价值。Based on analysis concerning the requirements for the performance of the bite-plate for manufacturing cold-drawn high-precision steel tubes,proper material,heat treatment process and bite tooth profile of the said bite.plate were selected. Relevant operational practice has shown that the bite-plate made with the new material and having newly-designed tooth profile has such advantages as longer service life,fewer tube-end breaking occurrances during pipe drawing,which mean considerable economic value.
