含氧添加剂对水热法合成TiO_2微球(花)的影响

摘  要:在最佳条件下(0.15mol/L的TiCl3NaCl饱和溶液,170℃时加热4h,含氧(O)添加剂/Ti摩尔比1/10)用水热法尝试在玻璃基板上制备TiO2材料。SEM和XRD表征结果表明,加含O添加剂生成了TiO2微米球或微米花,微米球或花由纳米棒自组装而成,生成的TiO2晶体均为金红石型。提出了形成TiO2微米球(花)的反应机理。TiO2 materials were deposited on the glass substrates at the optimal conditions(TiCl3 0.15 mol/L NaCl saturated aqueous solution,170℃,4h,molar ratio of O-additive/Ti=1/10).Products were characterized by SEM and XRD techniques,which revealed that the as-prepared TiO2 crystals were rutile and the microsphpers or microflowers were large scale of assembled of TiO2 nanorods.The results indicated that the urea was the best additive affecting on the products with which the as-prepared TiO2 microsphers developed on the glass substrates perfectly.The affections on the products by the factors of the contents of urea being an additive,the reaction temperature,the reaction time and the concentration of TiCl3 were studied,and the mechanism of forming microspheres was discussed also.
