摘 要:本文主要研究了纳米氧化锆浆料的用量对水性防腐隔热涂料的隔热性能、耐沾污性能及防腐蚀性能的影响。采用常规性能测试、隔热能力测试对涂层进行了表征,同时采用紫外-可见光-红外分光光度计,AE式半球辐射率测定仪测定太阳光反射比和半球辐射率。结果表明:纳米氧化锆浆料的添加量为4.5‰时,涂层的综合性能最好,且太阳光反射比和半球辐射率均高于未添加纳米氧化锆浆料的涂层。The effect of different amount nano-zirconia slurry on the properties of heat-insulating,stain resistant,and anti-corrosion of the waterborne anti-corrosion and heat-insulating coatings was studied.The properties of coatings were characterized by the test of routine properties and heat-insulating ability.Moreover,used UV-visible-infrared spectrophotometer and AE-type hemispherical emissivity detector to test sunlight reflectance and half ball emissivity.The results showed that the comprehensive properties were best when the amount of nano-zirconia slurry were 4.5‰.Also,the sunlight reflectance and half ball emissivity of coatings with 4.5‰ nano-zirconia were higher than the coatings with no nano zirconia.
