摘  要:为了改善密封锌镍电池的锌电极自腐蚀、钝化、锌枝晶生长等问题,提高锌镍电池的电化学性能而对锌负极中加入有机缓蚀添加剂进行了研究。考察了十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)、十六烷基三甲基溴化胺(CTAB)对锌镍电池充放电曲线、充放电过程中内阻以及循环寿命的影响。结果表明:有机缓蚀添加剂的加入有效地改善了锌镍电池的充放电性能,尤其同时添加两者更明显提高了电池的充放电效率和容量保持率,延长了其循环寿命。Organic corrosion inhibitors in Zn anodes of sealed Zn-Ni batteries for improving the self-corrosion, passivation growth of dendrite and electrochemical performance of Zn-Ni batteries were investigated. The effects of organic inhibitors on the charge-discharge curve, resistance and capacity of Ni-Zn battery were examined. The results show that the charge-discharge performance of Ni-Zn battery was improved with the adding of dodecylbenzenesulfonate sodium(SDBS) and hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB). Especially, the battery adding both of SDBS and CTAB exhibits an excellent charging-discharging efficiency, capacity retention and cycle life.
