摘  要:温差电致冷器具有零污染、长寿命以及易于控温等诸多优点,正得到日益广泛的应用。通过降低温差电致冷组件冷、热面工作温差及工作电压等方法,引入降额及冗余设计,建立高效率致冷工作模式。其次,改进常规的散热方法,设计轻质、高效散热器,大幅度地提高散热性能。此外,优化整机设计,采用交叉流换热结构,进一步提高冷、热风道换热效率,最终研制出高效率的温差电空调器。制作的温差电空调器样机输入功率95W,致冷功率448W,致冷效率达到4.7以上,高于普通的机械式空调器。Thermoelectric cooling module has being widely used for its various advantages like non-pollution, long life, easy control and so on. By decreasing the working temperature differences between the hot and cold sides and adopting the design of derating and redundancy, the high-efficiency cooling mode was established. To greatly improve the heat dissipation performance, the light-weight and high-efficient radiator was designed by bettering the conventional heat dissipation method. By optimizing the integral design with the cross-flow exchanger structure, a high-efficiency thermoelectric air-conditioner was designed to further enhance the heat exchange efficiency. The input power, cooling power and cooling efficiency of the developed thermoelectric air-conditioner can reach 95 W, 448 W and 4.7 respectively, which is higher than the ordinary mechanical air-conditioner.
