摘  要:目的:建立苦瓜中降糖活性成分苦瓜皂苷元L的含量测定疗法。方法:采用HPLC,Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5um),乙腈-水(64:36)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长203nm。结果:苦瓜皂苷元L在0.025—1.00ug,进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9911);山东、河南、河北、江西4个产地苦瓜中苦瓜皂苷元L的含量分别为0.211,0.033,0.013,0.007mg·g^-1。结论:此方法简便、可靠,可用于苦瓜中苦瓜皂苷元L的含量测定。Objective: To develop an HPLC for determination of aglycone of momordicoside L in Momordica charantia. Method : A Kromasil C18 (4. 6 mm × 150 mm,5 um)column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-H2O (64: 36), The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^ -1 and the UV detection wavelength was set 203 nm. Result: The calibration curves were linear from of 0. 025 ug to 1 ug (r =0. 9911), the contents of aglyeone of momordicoside L in Shandong, Henan, Hebei, Jiangxi are 0. 211, 0. 033, 0. 013, 0. 007 -1 mg · g^-1 , respectively. Conclusion : The method is simple and reliable for determination of aglycone of momordieoside L in M. charantia.
