摘  要:以啮合理论和电磁学理论为基础,通过空间坐标变换原理,建立了机电集成超环面传动蜗杆齿槽方程,运用电磁场理论推导出了机电集成超环面传动蜗杆磁场空间分布的计算公式,利用该公式对蜗杆内部磁场的分布进行了分析、计算,总结了磁场分布的影响因素,得到了蜗杆磁场的空间分布规律。该项研究为进一步研究计算蜗杆的涡流损失提供了理论基础。Taking the meshing theory and the electromagnetism theory as bases and by means of spatial coordinates transformation principle, the tooth equation of electro-mechanical integrated super toroidal surfaced transmission worm was established. By the use of electromagnetic field theory the calculation formula for the magnetic field spatial distribution of electro-mechanical integrated super toroidal surfaced transmission worm was deduced. By the use of this formula an analytical calculation had been carried out on the distribution of magnetic field inside the worm, the influeneing fac- tors of magnetic field distribution were summarized and the spatial distribution law of worm magnetic field was obtained. The study of this item provided theoretical foundations for further research on computing the eddy current loss of warm.
