摘 要:针对抽油烟机及复杂叶片难以清理的现状,基于优化设计和TRIZ理论设计了一种抽油烟机叶片清理机。采用模块化设计,主要包括传动模块和清理模块,对于每个模块都进行了创新设计,制作了模型。对清理机的运动状态进行了分析,结果证明刷头的运动轨迹与叶片吻合性好,清理更有效。并在此基础上,根据TRIZ理论,对清理机模型提出了一些改进方案。Aiming at the current situation of difficult to cleaning up the soot absorber and other complicated vane, a kind of vane cleaning machine for soot absorber was designed based on optimization design and TRIZ theory. It includes mainly the transmission module and the cleaning up module, innovation designs have all been carried out on every module and the model was made up. Analysis was carried out on the movement status of the cleaning machine, and the result testified that the tally -ness of movement track of brush head with the vane was good, and the cleaning was even more effective. On this basis and according to the TRIZ theory some improvement schemes were proposed on the model of cleaning machine.
