格栅填料压降与流场的CFD分析

摘　　要：以金属格栅填料作为研究对象,针对4种不同长宽比的格栅填料,利用CFD模拟了其在5种不同流速下的干塔压降和流场分布,分析了填料内的回流现象以及当改变填料结构尺寸时与压降变化的关系。The dry pressure drops and flow field distribution of four grill packings with different length-width ratios under five flow velocities were simulated and analyzed using CFD with metal grill packings as research object, the back flow in the packings and the relation between the packing sizes change and the pressure drop changes were analyzed.
