摘 要:为进一步提高电控喷油器的工作性能,尤其是电磁响应性能和喷射雾化性能,以阀芯动力学模型为基础,利用Star-CD流体动态模拟软件进行燃油动态模拟分析,对底座结构设计进行了改进,增加燃油在喷口前的横向流动趋势,容易产生流动涡旋,改善了燃油雾化性能。优化阀芯结构可以提高喷油器的电磁响应性能。改进前后喷油器的性能测试对比试验结果表明:改进后的喷油器电磁响应时间缩短了0.3 ms,燃油索特平均直径由95μm降至65μm,有利于排放性能的改善。以球阀结构代替针阀结构,激光焊接工艺代替精密磨削,不但提高了生产效率,还能降低制造成本。In order to improve performance of electronic-control fuel injector, particularly the electromagnetic response and atomization characteristics, on the basis of dynamic model of valve seat, the fuel flow dynamic simulation and analysis were performed by using the Star-CD software. The results show that the newly designed valve seat increases the transverse movement trend of fuel flow in front of nozzle hole, thus easily causing fuel whirl and improving fuel atomization. The optimized armature tube ball assembly improves electromagnetic response characteristics. The injector comparison test demonstrates that the electromagnetic response time is shortened by 0.3 ms and the Saunter mean diameter (SMD) decreases from 95μm to 65μm, that is beneficial to fuel economy and engine emission. Introduction of the laser welded armature tube ball assembly in stead of the precision-ground needle valve may increase production efficiency and reduce production cost.
