摘 要:通过配制不同摩尔比值的碳酸钙渣(碳酸钙的质量分数为87.29%)和硝酸进行反应,得到了钙的溶出规律,确定了硅和磷的溶出曲线,用MATLAB对数据作图,分别得到钙硅和钙磷的溶出差值三维图形。结果表明,在保证钙的较大溶出率条件下,碳酸钙渣和硝酸的最佳摩尔比为1∶1.8,从而为钙渣中活性钙的溶出工艺过程提供了参考标准。Through preparing calcium carbonate residue with different mole ratio ( mass fraction of calcium carbonate is 87.29% ), making it reaction with nitric acid, the dissolving rule of calcium carbonate can be gotten, also the dissolving curve of silicon and phosphor can be determined, it can make the data to be shown in figure by MATLAB, the tridimensional figures for dissolving differential values can be then gotten for calcium-silicon and calciumphosphor. Result indicates that under condition for guaranteeing larger dissolution rate of calcium, optimal mole ratio for calcium carbonate residue and nitric acid is 1 : 1.8, so the dissolving process flow provides us a reference standard for active calcium in calcium residue.
