摘  要:基于钢坯氧化机理的综合分析,利用数值模拟方法研究空气消耗系数对CSP均热过程钢坯氧化烧损的影响。结果表明,在保证燃烧完全的条件下尽量降低空气消耗系数,有利于提高钢坯的温度,减少加热时间,降低钢坯氧化烧损量;增大空气消耗系数将使钢坯温度均匀性恶化,但空气消耗系数增大到一定程度时,钢坯温度均匀性则变化不大;炉气中的氧气对钢坯的氧化性大于二氧化碳和水蒸汽,应当严格控制炉内氧气的残留量,以减小氧化烧损。Based on theoretical analysis of mechanism of loss of iron scale,the effect of air consumption ratio on loss of iron scale in the soaking process of compact strip production line was studied numerically.Results show that the slab temperature uniformity is strongly influenced by the air consumption ratio.Lower air consumption ratio,higher mean temperature of slab in the soaking process,and shorter the reheating time,as a result,the loss of iron scale reduces.Higher air consumption ratio results in an uneven temperature of slab and the slab temperature uniformity changes little when the air consumption ratio increases to a certain value.The oxidizability of oxygen to steel slab is stronger than that of both carbon dioxide and water vapour,therefore,the residual oxygen concentration should be effectively controlled to reduce the loss of iron scale.
