摘 要:采用碱化法,在引入PO34-制备聚合磷硫酸铁的过程中加入改性凹凸棒,制备出新型复合无机高分子絮凝剂聚合磷硫酸铁-凹凸棒(APPFS),并运用傅立叶红外光谱仪和扫描电镜等仪器对APPFS进行表征,同时通过处理黄河水来考察其絮凝性能。结果表明:当APPFS的盐基度为0.3、P/Fe为0.05、投加量为4 mg/L、原水pH值为8左右时,APPFS的絮凝性能最佳,除浊率达到98.93%,且其絮凝效果明显优于传统絮凝剂PAC的。A novel inorganic macromolecule flocculant, polyphosphate ferric sulfate-attapulgite (APPFS) was synthesized by introducing phosphate ion into polyphosphate ferric sulfate and adding modified attapulgite. The prepared APPFS was characterized by FT-IR and SEM, and the flocculation performance of APPFS in treatment of Yellow River water was investigated. The results show that when the basieity is 0.3, P/Fe molar ratio is 0. 05, APPFS dosage is 4 rag/L, and pH value of raw water is 8, the optimal floceulation performance is achieved, and the removal rate of turbidity is 98.93%. Also, the floeculation efficiency of APPFS is better than that of PAC.
